Halloween Fun!

We had quite the Halloween festivities at our house this year! Grandma came into town to enjoy all the fun (and help me since Jared was at school for all of the fun). Tuesday we had our church Halloween party, Thursday our preschool party and Thursday night was trick-or-treating. You might be asking yourself why we went trick-or-treating on Thursday when Halloween was on Sunday? Well here in central PA they have designated times and days to trick-or-treat. Different towns may or may not do it on different days. Our day was Thursday from 6-8pm. Pretty crazy huh? Has anyone ever heard of this before?

The church Halloween party. It was so great to have Grandma around to snap all
the pics.

Jack loved the trick-or-treating this year. His candy of choice was the suckers. When he finished getting all of his candy, he really wanted to eat his sucker so he asked Grandma where I was. Upon finding me, he asked if he could eat his sucker. I said yes...you should have seen the look of joy and excitement on his face!

My butterfly on the go...Madi ran around the whole parking lot shrieking with joy as I tried to catch her time and time again.
Jessica and Deni...my young women and of course Maxwell who has really soft cheeks ... or that is what Jackson says.

Jack made his way up on someones truck and hung out there for a while while Grandma was busy snapping shots. What a cute little elephant bum!

Our Halloween party for preschool...with frog eyes and monkey brains and lots of ghost stories!

Trick-or-treat time!

A drink for the monarch?

They are ready to hit the street.

Jack was super cute while we were knocking doors. He told people the Madi was one and her name, that "Grandma is daddy's Grandma her name Lynette," and at another house he said, "Grandma is from Massitusits, Nicole is from Californa, and we live in Pensavaina"...that is just good FYI don't you think?
